Conrad Consulting is delighted to be supporting a valued client of ours in their search for an Associate Director (PQS) from a professional quantity surveying background, based in the City Centre of Edinburgh. The newly appointed Associate Director (PQS) will be able to work on a number of projects, including but not limited to Commercial, Hotels, Affordable/Social Housing. The selected applicant will be required to lead the team in Edinburgh and act on any prospective business growth opportunities with complete autonomy.
Requirements of the Associate Director (PQS):
- Come from a PQS background and a minimum of 10 years experience in this environment.
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Significant exposure to private and public-sector clients as well as solid working relationships.
- Ability to supervise and train less experienced employees.
- A track record of growing and securing repeat and new business.
- Service delivery and solid technical capabilities.
On offer for the Associate Director (PQS):
- The position has a very attractive salary of between £70,000 - £75,000.
- Defined progression to Director based on performance.
- Pension contribution of 5%.
- Healthcare.
- Professional subscriptions paid.
