This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to contribute to the commercial management of rail infrastructure work within a complex delivery environment.
The Role
Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting commercial management across rail projects.
- Monitoring costs, contractual obligations and commercial performance.
- Assisting with contract administration and change management.
- Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
- Supporting reporting, forecasting and financial controls.
- Working with project teams and stakeholders to resolve commercial issues.
- Ensuring appropriate commercial processes and records are maintained.

You will have:
- Commercial management experience within rail, transport or infrastructure.
- A sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive approach to commercial risk and problem-solving.
