You'll be at the forefront of delivering highways, drainage and flood risk schemes, working closely with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders to drive projects from concept through to completion. Alongside hands-on technical delivery using tools such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD and drainage design software, you'll also mentor and support junior engineers, helping to shape a collaborative and high-performing team culture. This role is ideal for a Chartered (or near Chartered) Civil Engineer with around 8+ years' UK experience, a strong understanding of infrastructure design standards, and a natural ability to lead, communicate and build trusted relationships.
