Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale residential or hotel projects through all RIBA stages.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop robust design strategies that balance creativity, feasibility, and commercial viability.
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and models using Revit and other relevant software.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site appraisals, and produce clear, comprehensive reports.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with design intent, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, supporting the development of junior staff.
- Contribute to practice-wide initiatives, resource planning, and project programming at an Associate level.
Requirements
- RIBA Part 3 qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale housing, PRS/BTR, masterplanning, or hotel projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and confidence working in BIM-led environments.
- Excellent understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and technical standards relevant to residential and hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrable experience leading teams and managing complex project workflows.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
