We are seeking a talented Architect to join a prestigious, multi-award-winning AJ100 multi-disciplinary practice based in a stunning contemporary studio in the heart of Leeds City Centre. About the Role:
As an Architect, you will be part of a collaborative design team delivering high-quality, design-led projects. You will contribute at all stages of the design and delivery process and be expected to work proficiently in Revit, which is used throughout the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to the design and delivery of projects at all RIBA stages
- Prepare, develop and edit drawings, models and presentations using Revit
- Support the planning process and liaise with relevant authorities as required
- Engage in design team meetings, contributing technical and design expertise
- Produce high-quality design and technical packages
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors during design and delivery
- Stay up to date with building regulations and legislation
- Manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment
Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect with approx. 3-5 years' post-Part III UK experience
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Strong design portfolio and a solid grasp of technical delivery
- Good understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations
- Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team
Desirable:
- Experience delivering large-scale or multi-sector projects
- Interest in sustainable design and innovation
