Conrad Consulting have partnered up with an award-winning AJ100 Architectural design studio in the heart of Bristol City to find an Architect to join their talented team The studio has made a name for itself with multiple award-winning projects in the architecture and design scene across the South West and internationally, spanning various sectors. Located in the vibrant heart of Bristol City Centre, this practice features modern office spaces and a dynamic, creative atmosphere. They provide ongoing support, mentorship, and development opportunities for the successful Architect, fostering career growth and advancement. The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate and enthusiastic Architect with a flair for creative and conceptual design. They should have a solid and proven background in front-end experience (RIBA stages 1-3) and a fundamental understanding of large mixed-use and master planning projects. Under the guidance of the Director, they will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring innovative and functional designs that align with client needs, building usage, and environmental considerations. This is an opportunity for an Architect to truly flourish and excel in their career! Basic Requirements for Candidates are – RIBA part 3 qualification ARB/RIBA Chartered (min 2-3 years post-qualification) UK based experience Demonstrated experience in concept design, preferably on large-scale projects. Proficiency in creative software Including Revit, Rhino, Sketchup, Grasshopper and Adobe packages. Ability to work across multiple projects Commitment to developing high quality design solutions Strong presentation and communication skills Experience across variety of sectors (desirable not essential)What’s on offer In return you will be offered a competitive salary with a generous benefits package within the region of £38,000-£42,000 dependent upon experience, genuine flexible working arrangements and career progression routes If you’re an Architect with the capabilities to run your own jobs to a high standard, are highly motivated, experienced working across all RIBA stages and have a meticulous eye for detail working within the multiple sectors this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for!
