Architect – Revit Proficient Exciting opportunity as we have partnered with our clients who are on the lookout for Architects with 5+ years post qualification experience, They have a number of large scale projects been given the greenlight and they are now looking to expand their team. As an established practice situated in the Heart of Bristol City Centre they deliver a range of quality projects both within the private and public sector. If you have a minimum 5 years of experience within the residential, masterplanning and large scale sectors and have demonstratable experience working in a project running capacity, experience managing a small team and capabilities of delivering large scale projects across various sectors, this could be your chance to join one of the dominant figures within the architectural scene in the Avon Region. Key Responsibilities: Interpret client briefs and produce high quality conceptual drawings and details across the RIBA stages Ensure compliance with current building regulations and legislation. Collaborate with teams internally to create conceptual and technical drawings then ensure they are delivered on site through the later RIBA stages. Assisting directors with the conceptual design and delivery of large scale projects across multiple sectors Managing a small team and delivering large scale projects with the capability of being the lead architect throughout the projectsEssential Requirements: 5+ years\’ experience post qualification in large scale projects Strong understanding of UK building regulations & construction methods. Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD – Essential Demonstratable project running experience on large scale projects ARB Registered – Essential. Team Management skills – Desirable Senior Level experience – DesirableWhat\’s on Offer: A competitive salary of £40,000 – £48,000, dependant on experience.
