We\’re working with a well-established, employee-owned consultancy in Exeter that\’s continuing to grow its regional cost management team. They\’re now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a broad range of projects across the South West. You\’ll be involved in both pre- and post-contract stages, working on schemes across sectors such as residential, education, healthcare, and commercial. You\’ll work closely with senior team members while also managing your own smaller projects and client relationships. What you\’ll need: 3+ years\’ experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role A relevant degree (Quantity Surveying or similar) Good understanding of NEC and JCT contracts Ideally working toward MRICS Comfortable handling key stages of the cost plan and reporting Strong communication skills and attention to detail Salary & Benefits: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) Discretionary bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays Enhanced pension scheme Hybrid/flexible working Support with APC and long-term career development For more info or a confidential chat, contact Max Condie on (phone number removed)
