Job Title: Graduate Project Manager Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 Location: Manchester & Liverpool About the Role: We\’re looking for a motivated Graduate Project Manager to join a fast-growing SME delivering high-impact projects across healthcare, housing, local authorities, and commercial sectors. You\’ll play a key role in major schemes like the New Hospital Programme (NHP), including North Manchester General and Airedale Hospital, while gaining hands-on experience in project delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive team, working on meaningful projects that shape communities. Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Project Manager: Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope. Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders and team members. Support project teams with assigned tasks, offering guidance where needed. Develop skills in project management under the mentorship of experienced consultants. Contribute to feasibility studies, reports, and contract administration. Role Requirements for the Graduate Project Manager: A degree (or equivalent experience) in Project Management, Construction, or a related field. Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication skills. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Business awareness with a keen interest in project planning and management. Experience in healthcare, housing, or commercial projects is a plus but not essential.
