Chartered Senior Architectural Technologist

Senior Architectural Technologist required to join a nationally renowned Architectural practice in their North-West office to help spearhead their Technical team.

Situated in Preston, this established Architectural team are founded on the core principles of high-quality design and a commitment to delivering modern, forward thinking Architecture across a wide range of design sectors. Their portfolio of completed projects ranges through various sectors including Residential, Commercial, Health, Education and everything in between.

With approximately 12 member of staff in Preston, they have an immediate requirement for a Senior Architectural Technician to join their team and take real ownership of projects from the offset. They use REVIT as their primary software and have a continued commitment to ensuring their project work is designed in a BIM compliant way. Their pipeline of work for the year ahead is strong and can support an experienced Technician with exciting and complex project work.

Interested applicants must have excellent technical capabilities, and will preferably be degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related subject.
