Chartered Building Surveyor – Cardiff We\’re working with a creative, mid-sized consultancy with a real focus on quality design and multi-disciplinary collaboration. They\’re well established across the South West and Wales and are now looking to strengthen their Cardiff office with the addition of a recently Chartered Building Surveyor. The Opportunity This is a chance to join a supportive, close-knit team (currently 5 strong in Building Surveying) where your voice will be heard and your input will shape the future of the office. With long-term investment in place and a steady pipeline of work, they\’re looking for someone who\’s ready to step into a more senior role-whether that\’s mentoring graduates, managing projects, or helping grow client relationships in the region. What You\’ll Be Doing The role is primarily project-focused: delivering new builds andrefurbishments, overseeing contract administration, managing key stakeholders, and seeing schemes through from design to completion. That said, if your experience spans both project and professional services, they\’re happy to make the most of your strengths. Sectors are broad and include commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, retail, and office space-no two days are the same.
