What You\’ll Be Doing: Leading the civil engineering team on a variety of exciting projects across retail, industrial, education, healthcare, and residential sectors Building and nurturing client relationships to secure new business and repeat work Driving team development by mentoring junior engineers and contributing to recruitment Overseeing project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial success Collaborating closely with other disciplines and offices to create integrated, high-quality solutions About You: A degree-qualified civil engineer (CEng or working towards Chartership) Proven experience in project leadership and business development Strong client network in the Derbyshire/Midlands region (or the drive to build one) A commercially aware and strategic mindset with a passion for team building Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-a natural leader and collaboratorStep into a senior leadership role with influence and autonomy and enjoy a supportive, flexible working environment with a strong people-first culture.
