Role Overview
Based at one of our key manufacturing hubs, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality fabricated components. As a Production Welder, you will ensure consistent, excellent welding across various materials and products, supporting the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Weld primarily mild steel components to a high standard
- Work with a range of materials including sheet, hollow section and pipe
- Produce components for process engineering and utility-based projects
- Handle various material thicknesses with precision
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Operate effectively within a fast-paced production environment
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Operate forklift trucks and overhead cranes (training provided if required)
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area
