Main Purpose of the Role

As a Workshop Operative, you will work within our busy workshop environment to maintain, service, and repair Conquip OEM equipment efficiently. You will play a key role in upholding safety, quality, and operational standards throughout our hire fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs, servicing, and setup of Conquip OEM equipment, primarily non-mechanical plant and machinery
  • Undertake basic welding (MIG) tasks as required
  • Spray paint equipment when necessary
  • Complete computer-based tasks, including certification and documentation
  • Follow daily work schedules set by the management
