HGV Class 1 Delivery Driver Location: Stoke-on-Trent Depot, Fenton

Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and professional Class 1 Delivery Driver to join our team at the Fenton depot. Reporting to the Depot Manager and working closely with our experienced transport team at HQ, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of equipment for our projects while representing our company in all interactions. The role involves working 10-hour shifts between 4am and 7pm, with regular hours being 6am-4pm (flexibility required). This is a Monday to Friday position, with weekends off.
Main Purpose of the Role
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe, secure, efficient, and effective delivery of all orders within the Transport department while adhering to all driving compliance standards in a professional and safe manner.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect Conquip products in a professional, efficient, and effective manner.
- Liaise with the Transport Manager to ensure a customer-first approach is taken at all times.
- Communicate with the office and customers to maintain or exceed on-time delivery.
- Adhere to all legislation, including Tachograph and DSA driving standards.
- Maintain a positive image of the Conquip brand to our customers.
- Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained and compliant with all necessary requirements.
