Location: Alton, Hampshire, GU34 Postcode
Hours: Late Shift, 1.45pm – 10.15pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Depending on Experience
Start Date: ASAP
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate Amada Laser Cutting Machine
Identify, load job/programme, start up, and shut down machine; troubleshoot and clear alarms
Change laser gas bottle, clean and replace laser tip and lens
Perform set-ups and changeovers
Measure parts and perform inspections
Accurately prepare production records and inspection documentation
Package completed parts according to their destination
Maintain the lasers in good working order
Maintain housekeeping within immediate working area
Drive a forklift truck and operate overhead crane as required (training can be provided)
