Main Purpose of the Role
The Client & Sales Support Executive will work closely with the Client & Sales Support Team to ensure customer expectations are met by efficiently processing sales orders and managing work‐flow. This role also involves liaising with Depots and Transport Teams to ensure timely and complete order dispatch.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing Orders for Sale:
- Utilising InspHire to process orders
- Sending order confirmations
- Pre‐qualifying delivery with site
- Providing client updates on delivery dates
- Raising proforma invoices
- Processing proforma card payments
- Collaborating with Mechanical Design for bespoke design sign off
- Working with marketing for custom livery
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Streamlined processing of orders and work‐flow
- Timely and complete delivery of orders
- Maintaining a positive brand image for Conquip
