With 21 years of experience delivering institutional real estate across three core sectors—Residential, Retail and Hotels—the firm is strategically positioned to capitalise on opportunities in both markets.

Due to our exponential growth, we are seeking an Interior Designer to join our Design Team.

Positional Expectations & Duties:

Lead and inspire the interior design of multiple Residential and Mixed‑use projects from early conceptual development through to site delivery

Hands‑on development of project presentations, documentation, schedules and visuals

Work both independently and as part of a growing team, in conjunction with internal Development and Construction teams to develop and deliver great outcomes

Bring fresh ideas, initiative, and a commitment to detail at every stage

Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and finishes schedules

Produce documentation packages suitable for authority approvals, design development, tendering and construction using Revit

Research and specify FF&E, materials, and finishes with consideration for cost, durability, program and design intent

Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process

Instigate, lead and clearly communicate the presentation of Interior Design proposals internally and externally, as required, at all times

Ensure alignment between architectural and interior design intent, including developing an awareness and understanding of the base build outcome and requirements with respect to its impact on the Interior Design

Conduct site visits and provide input during construction for quality control and design compliance

Stay informed with the latest market opportunities, innovations, and regulatory requirements in interior design and property development

Positional Requirements:

Bachelor\’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design, essentially within the residential or commercial development sectors

Strong conceptual, spatial, and aesthetic design skills

Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; experience in 3D rendering software (e.g., Enscape, …) highly regarded

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing

Familiarity with BCA/NCC, Australian Standards, and accessibility codes relevant to interiors

PREFERRED: Experience working with construction teams and understanding of buildability and construction sequencing is desirable
