Due to our exponential growth, we are seeking an Interior Designer to join our Design Team:

Positional Expectations & Duties:

  • Lead interior projects from initial client briefing to site delivery.
  • Develop design concepts, documentation in Revit, and specifications.
  • Manage project timelines, coordinate with consultants, and oversee input from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Development team and stakeholders to develop and deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Bring innovative ideas, initiative, and a keen eye for detail at every stage.
  • Design interiors for residential and mixed-use projects, leading or supporting as needed.
  • Create design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and finishes schedules.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, joinery details, and schedules using Revit.
  • Source and specify FF&E, materials, and finishes considering cost, durability, and aesthetics.
  • Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Participate in internal design reviews and project meetings.
  • Ensure architectural and interior design alignment.
  • Conduct site visits and provide input during construction for quality control and compliance.
  • Stay updated with trends, innovations, and regulations in interior design and property development.

Positional Requirements:

  • Bachelor\’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design, preferably within residential or commercial sectors.
  • Strong conceptual, spatial, and aesthetic design skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., Enscape) is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
  • Familiarity with BCA/NCC, Australian Standards, and accessibility codes.
  • PREFERRED: Experience working with construction teams and understanding buildability and sequencing.
