We’re hiring Intelligence Architects at Conquer AI. This is not a pure engineering role. This is not a pure consulting role. It sits in the middle — and that’s the point.
What you’ll actually do:
- Take messy, real-world problems from clients and turn them into working AI systems.
- Run discovery sessions to understand how businesses actually operate.
- Translate that into clear technical approaches (LLMs, data, APIs, workflows).
- Design end-to-end systems — not just components.
- Work closely with engineers to build and ship.
- Be accountable for delivery, not just ideas.
You won’t be handing off slide decks. You’ll be responsible for systems that actually run.
What we’re building:
- Document intelligence systems (unstructured data → decisions).
- RAG pipelines and knowledge systems.
- AI-driven operational workflows.
- Systems that take actions, not just generate outputs.
Everything is built for production, inside real environments, with real constraints.
What we’re looking for:
