- Building automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows for AI clients
- Monitoring endpoint performance impact of AI applications and reporting on deployment health
- Liaising with cyber security teams to assess risk on new AI connectors and integrations
- Maintaining SOE standards and ensuring compatibility with AI platform requirements
- Being the go-to SME on enterprise AI tools – Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot and others
What we’re looking for:
- 4-8 years in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or endpoint management
- Strong packaging experience across Windows and macOS – Intune, SCCM, Jamf Pro, Autopilot
- Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash or Python
- Genuine familiarity with the enterprise AI tooling landscape
- Hands-on doer – this is an execution role, not an architecture role
- Cyber awareness a plus – understanding of AI risk, prompt injection, data governance at the endpoint
