Delivery Lead

Fully remote, global. Any time zone. Fluent English required.

Conquer AI deploys production-ready AI systems for FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 clients.

We're scaling fast.

Multiple programmes run at once, and someone has to keep each one on track while the client only ever sees the parts that go smoothly.

The reality of this role

This isn't status updates and a Gantt chart.

You're the connective tissue between engineering, the client and our own leadership, and if any one of those groups is out of sync, it's your problem before it's anyone else's.

You'll turn a client's business need into requirements the engineering team can actually build against.

You'll spot a risk before it becomes a missed milestone, not after.

You'll keep senior leadership genuinely informed, not just reassured.

  • What you'll own
  • Day-to-day delivery of live client AI programmes, end to end
  • Programme planning, milestone tracking and resource alignment
  • Risk identification and escalation, with a mitigation plan already in hand
  • Governance, reporting and stakeholder communication that holds up under scrutiny
  • Translation between client business needs and engineering requirements
  • The relationship with client stakeholders below board level, day to day

Who you are

  • Years running complex, cross-functional delivery, ideally on AI or technology transformation programmes
  • You coordinate across technology, product, risk and operations without needing anyone to chase you
  • You can write a risk register that leadership actually reads
  • Comfortable translating between technical teams and business stakeholders in both directions
  • Fluent English, comfortable working async across a globally distributed team
  • You stay calm when a programme wobbles, and you fix it quietly rather than making it a fire drill
  • Where you're coming from

Delivery Lead, Programme Manager or Senior Technical Project Manager at a consultancy, tech company or enterprise transformation team.

You've kept programmes on track for someone else's name on the contract.

Now you want that accountability to sit with you directly.

  • What we're offering
  • Full ownership of delivery on live enterprise AI programmes
  • Fully remote, work from anywhere, any time zone
  • Direct exposure to FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 clients
  • Competitive package to include equity

If programmes run better when you're in the room, we should talk.

Message me, Farah, directly or apply.

PLEASE NOTE I personally review every CV, message and email I receive regarding our vacancies.

While I read each one carefully, I'm unable to reply to everyone individually due to the volume of applications.

Thank you for taking the time to apply and for your interest in working with us.

Your effort is genuinely appreciated.
