Conquer AI is hiring a Forward deployed engineer to help us design and deliver real-world AI systems for enterprise clients. This is not a research-only role, and it is not a strategy-only role. We are looking for a strong software engineer who can work directly with clients, run technical discovery, shape use cases, and then build the solution from POC through MVP and Phase 1 delivery.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong software engineering background
- Experience with RAG, LLMs, machine learning, and AI application development
- Strong hands-on skills in Python and Node.js
- Ability to design, build, and deploy production-ready systems
- Confident working directly with clients and cross-functional stakeholders
- Able to move from problem definition to technical architecture to delivery
- Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with clients to uncover high-value AI opportunities
- Lead discovery sessions and translate business problems into technical solutions
- Build POCs, MVPs, and early production systems
- Design workflows that combine retrieval, reasoning, automation, and human-in-the-loop review
- Operate as a trusted technical lead across both client-facing and delivery work
- Help ensure what gets built is usable, scalable, and grounded in real workflows
