Conquer AI is hiring an Intelligence Architect to help design and deliver AI systems for enterprise clients. This is a client-facing role for someone who started their career in software engineering, built strong technical depth, and has since moved into architecture, AI, and solution design. We are looking for people who come from an engineering-first background and understand how to turn real operational problems into working systems.
The role
- Work with clients from discovery through to delivery.
- Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops.
- Understand business processes, operational pain points, and technical constraints.
- Shape solution architecture across AI, APIs, data sources, integrations, and governance.
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear technical approaches.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver production-ready systems.
- Give clients confidence through clear, credible technical leadership.
This role sits between engineering, architecture, and client engagement. It needs someone who can think clearly, communicate well, and stay close enough to delivery that solutions actually get built properly.
What we’re looking for
- Strong background in software engineering.
- Moved into architecture, technical design, or solution ownership over time.
- Experience working with AI systems, LLMs, intelligent workflows, or related technologies in real delivery environments.
- Comfortable owning technical conversations with clients and stakeholders.
- Able to operate well in ambiguity and bring structure to open problems.
- Confident working across discovery, design, and delivery.
- Strong judgement, strong communication, and a high bar for quality.
This role is likely a fit if you have
- Started as a backend, full-stack, platform, or solutions engineer.
- Gone on to lead architecture or end-to-end technical design.
- Worked directly with clients, users, or senior stakeholders.
- Helped shape systems, not just build tickets.
- Experience delivering in fast-paced environments where ownership matters.
This role is not for
- Recent graduates.
- Early-career engineers.
- Purely academic or research-led AI profiles.
- Data scientists without strong software engineering foundations.
- Candidates who have used AI tools but have not designed and delivered real systems.
