Conquer AI deploys production-ready AI systems for FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 clients. We're scaling fast and we need someone who operates at the very top of the house.
The reality of this role: You won't be reporting to a C-suite. You'll be sitting across from one, on behalf of us. Our clients are Chairs, CEOs, CTOs and their direct reports. They are demanding, commercially sharp and have zero tolerance for ambiguity. You'll be the person who walks into those rooms, controls the narrative and makes complex AI delivery feel effortless from where they're sitting. This is not a role for someone who manages up. It's for someone who manages across at the highest level.
What you'll own:
- All enterprise delivery across Conquer AI's client portfolio
- Every senior client relationship at board and C-suite level
- The governance, reporting and planning frameworks, built by you, from scratch
- Multiple complex programmes running simultaneously
- The standard by which Conquer AI delivers
Who you are:
- You've spent years navigating board level and C-suite conversations, you know how they think, what they need and how to keep them aligned without losing control of delivery
- You read a room in seconds and adapt without losing authority
- You've built delivery functions before, not inherited them
- You don't need a playbook, you write them
- You're done being excellent inside someone else's machine and ready to build your own
Where you're coming from:
- Senior Programme Director or Engagement Lead or a Senior Tech Project Manager at a top-tier consultancy or a Tech Giant perhaps even an Elite AI Consultancy. You've been the person behind the scenes making sure the partners look good in front of the client. Now you want the seat at the table yourself.
