We’re hiring Intelligence Architects at Conquer AI. This is not a pure engineering role or a pure consulting role. It sits in the middle — and that’s the point.
What you’ll actually do:
- Running discovery sessions to understand how businesses actually operate
- Translating that into clear technical approaches (LLMs, data, APIs, workflows)
- Designing end-to-end systems — not just components
- Working closely with engineers to build and ship
- Being accountable for delivery, not just ideas
You won’t be handing off slide decks. You’ll be responsible for systems that actually run.
What we’re building:
- We design and deploy agentic AI systems into real enterprise workflows.
- Typical work includes:
- Document intelligence systems (unstructured data → decisions)
- RAG pipelines and knowledge systems
- AI-driven operational workflows
- Systems that take actions, not just generate outputs
What we’re looking for:

- You’ve built real systems, not just features
