About the role
This is a hands where You own the full sales cycle for our global enterprise clients, from first outbound through to close, then you stay on as the relationship owner, grow the accounts you land. This role doesn't hand off after the deal signs. You build the account, you keep it, and you grow it.
Responsibilities
Win new business with global enterprise clients, from identifying the right stakeholders through to educating them on what Conquer AI can do and closing the deal.
High level intro leads fed into you alongside your own outbound activity.
Design and run a sales strategy that meets and exceeds quota.
Own every account you close. Grow it, track renewal risk early, and secure renewal well ahead of expiry.
Feed client insight back into the product and delivery teams.
What we are looking for
Credible sales experience and longevity in a sales role! with a number of years experience behind you, ideally in tech or SaaS.
A track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first contact to signature, and growing the accounts you win, not just closing them.
Comfortable owning a client relationship long after the deal closes.
Strong negotiation experience on commercial agreements. A history of hitting or exceeding quota you can back up with real, closed numbers, not just pipeline built.
Confident in communicating with stakeholders from middle management to C-level. Comfortable talking tech, and genuinely curious about AI.
Experience selling AI products is a plus, not a requirement.
