This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology company where the partner channel is one of their biggest growth opportunities, and you'll be at the heart of it.
You’ll build and grow the partner network across IT, POS, agencies and platform partners, creating relationships that drive new business.
With an established channel, the freedom to make an impact and the support to succeed, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth.
- What you’ll do
- Identify, sign and onboard new partners across IT, agencies, POS, platforms and referral channels.
- Build and manage a strong partner pipeline, keeping partners engaged and driving new business.
- Own partner-generated revenue, working closely with Sales to convert partner introductions into customers.
- Support strategic platform and POS partnerships through joint growth initiatives and co‑marketing.
- Represent the business at industry events, build new relationships, and deliver partner events that generate qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product to maximise partner success and share market insights.
- Maintain accurate partner records in Hub Spot and report on partner performance, pipeline and revenue.
- What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in partnerships, channel or B2B sales, ideally in Saa S or hospitality tech.
- A proactive self-starter who builds relationships, networks confidently and identifies new partnership opportunities.
- Commercially driven, with experience owning revenue targets and growing partner-generated pipeline.
- Strong CRM discipline, with a focus on accurate reporting and partner performance.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and deliver better results.
