NetSuite Consultants are you looking for your next challenge - then this is the role for you! Our partner's product is a NetSuite application that unlocks the power of NetSuite for businesses tackling complex project management challenges. They are a proud member of the SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN), and has achieved 'Built for NetSuite' status, solidifying its position as a premier Native SuiteApp.
They are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Consultant to provide specialised expertise and consultancy services related to their NetSuite product. Consultants offer guidance, optimise usage, and address challenges associated with the implementation, customisation, or utilisation of the NetSuite technology within an organisation. Their role involves advising on best practices, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that the Net solution aligns with the clients business goals and requirements.
Some of what you will do:
- Implementation: Leading or assisting in the implementation of the NetSuite solution within client organisations, ensuring a smooth integration into existing systems and workflows.
- Customisation: Tailoring the NetSuite tool to meet specific client needs by configuring settings, workflows, and functionalities based on business requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to the NetSuite implementation, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring the system operates effectively.
- Optimisation: Continuously assessing and optimising the NetSuite solution to enhance its performance, efficiency, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including user guides and best practices, to support clients in utilising NetSuite effectively.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with clients to understand their specific business requirements and translating them into actionable configurations within NetSuite.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and acting as a trusted advisor.
What will you need?
- NetSuite: Knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar software, understanding its functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
- Implementation Experience: Proven experience in successfully leading or participating in NetSuite implementations for clients, ensuring a smooth integration into existing systems.
- Customisation Skills: Ability to customise NetSuite to meet specific client requirements, including configuring settings, workflows, and functionalities.
