Our partner is a leading technology consultancy delivering successful and innovative business change to its clients. Systems integration specialist and are an IFS Gold Channel Partner and a certified IFS Reseller.

The IFS Project Manager you will oversee the planning, implementation and execution of IFS projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery. You will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, setting project goals and ensuring that project objectives align with the clients strategic business goals.

IFS Project Manager is tasked with ensuring that IFS projects are completed on time, within budget and in alignment with the clients requirements and expectations.

Some of what you will do!

  • Project Planning: Creating comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establishing timelines and milestones for IFS projects.
  • Resource Management: Allocating and managing project resources effectively, including team members, budgets, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Team Coordination: Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment to ensure the successful delivery of IFS projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicating project updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders, clients, and senior management, and ensuring that project objectives align with the client\’s strategic business goals.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to address and minimise the impact of risks on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Monitoring project budgets, expenses, and financial resources, and ensuring that IFS projects are delivered within the approved budget constraints.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documentation, and providing regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

What you need!

  • Project Management Experience: Previous experience in managing IFS projects, demonstrating the successful delivery of complex projects within the IFS sector.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and goals. Confident presenter.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve project-related issues promptly, utilising critical thinking and analytical skills to implement effective solutions.
  • Budget Management: Competence in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Capability to lead and manage diverse project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring team members are aligned with project objectives.
