Are you a creative, commercially minded marketer who loves bringing brands to life through events and content? We're looking for an Events & Media Executive to lead our events programme and content production, helping drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. Our client is a rapidly growing technology company serving the hospitality sector. They help hospitality businesses turn guest data into growth through a platform that brings together marketing, loyalty, guest WiFi, reviews, and retention.
In this role you will take ownership of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events, ensuring every interaction is professional, memorable, and commercially effective. You'll also create and manage content across video, photography, social media, email, and blogs, building a strong visual presence and helping tell our story across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys turning ideas into action, and can think strategically about how every event and piece of content contributes to business growth.
Events responsibilities:- Lead the planning and delivery of trade shows, conferences, webinars, virtual roundtables, and industry events.
- Manage event logistics, including venues, stand builds, AV, travel, streaming, and on-site coordination.
- Oversee event collateral, branded assets, and team readiness.
- Partner with commercial teams on event GTM strategies to drive leads, pipeline growth, and deal progression.
- Manage budgets, suppliers, lead capture, ROI reporting, and identify new event opportunities aligned with business growth goals.
- Lead content creation and distribution across social, web, email, and digital channels.
- Produce in-house photo and video content, including event coverage, product demos, and brand storytelling.
- Manage PR activity, coordinating media relations, press opportunities, and coverage tracking.
- Plan and deliver content campaigns supporting commercial goals, product launches, events, and thought leadership.
- Grow and manage social media channels, email content, and event-related marketing assets.
- Monitor performance, media impact, and audience growth, while ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
- Experience in events, content, or marketing communications, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver trade shows, conferences, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills, including photography, videography, and video editing.
- Hands-on photography and videography skills: confident behind the camera, comfortable with lighting and composition, and capable of producing polished content without relying on external suppliers.
- Proficient in video editing and post-production tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) and image editing software (e.g. Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Creative, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing drives pipeline and revenue.
- Confident collaborating across sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Proficient with tools such as HubSpot, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives.
