As an IFS Gold Channel Partner and Services Partner, they specialise in IFS Cloud, combining deep industry insight and technical expertise to deliver, enhance and support this leading ERP solution for their customers. Their work spans a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, energy and utilities, construction and engineering, food and beverage, and service industries. They help organisations optimise operations, connect assets, projects and people, and make better, faster decisions.

We are looking for an experienced IFS Consultant with a specialisation in Service & Maintenance to join their growing team. You will deliver functional consultancy services for the IFS ERP solution, supporting clients through the full implementation lifecycle. This includes developing solution designs and definitions, delivering end-user training, and producing comprehensive supporting documentation. Working closely with clients, you will help define, configure, and implement tailored IFS solutions that streamline operations and drive measurable business value.

Some of what you will do:

  • Provide functional consultancy throughout all phases of IFS implementation and optimisation projects, from initial discovery and solution design through to training and post-go-live support.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for the Service & Maintenance module, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and fully aligned with client business processes.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive solution outlines, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation.
  • Support customers during system configuration, user acceptance testing, and deployment to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.

What you need:

  • Previous experience in IFS consulting, with proven expertise in the Service & Maintenance module.
  • Strong understanding of IFS implementation and upgrade processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A proactive, quality-focused approach and the ability to mentor others.
