NEW ROLE - Account Executive

We're looking for a driven, proactive Account Executive who thrives on winning new business and creating opportunities from scratch.
Our client are a rapidly growing technology company serving the hospitality sector. They help hospitality businesses turn guest data into growth through a platform that brings together marketing, loyalty, guest WiFi, reviews, and retention.
In this role you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and close. This is a highly outbound-focused role, requiring consistent cold calling, targeted prospecting, and self-generated pipeline creation, alongside leads generated through marketing, events, partnerships, and inbound channels.
Success in this role will come from a relentless approach to new business development, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers across the hospitality sector.
Outbound prospecting & cold calling
- Generate the majority of your own pipeline through high-volume outbound: daily cold calling, targeted email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Maintain consistent daily cold-call activity against agreed standards; build and work target account lists with personalised, well-researched outreach that earns the meeting rather than relying on volume alone.
- Run structured discovery on every opportunity to understand the guest journey, tech stack and commercial goals; qualify hard so pipeline reflects real, winnable opportunities.
Sales execution
- Run demos that follow the guest journey, not the feature list: show how data capture, marketing, bookings, loyalty and reviews compound into repeat visits and measurable revenue for that operator's venues.
- Produce proposals, pricing and ROI breakdowns tied to revenue and adoption outcomes; run negotiation and close.
- Hit monthly MRR quota with well-attributed pipeline.
Handover, market & cross-functional
- Run a clean handover to onboarding and CS so new customers activate quickly; stay close through early life to surface expansion signals.
- Represent at events and in the market; feed recurring objections, gaps and wins back to GTM and product.
- Work with marketing and partnerships on lead quality, routing and attribution; keep CRM current so every deal is attributed to its correct source, stage and close date
What you need!
- Proven B2B sales, ideally SaaS or hospitality tech; comfortable running a full sales cycle with multiple stakeholders.
- Confident on the phone and committed to high-volume cold calling as a core part of the role; comfortable with the rhythm and rejection that outbound demands.
- Strong discovery skills: able to diagnose problems, qualify hard, and tie product to commercial outcomes.
- Commercially sharp; handles objections, negotiates and closes without losing momentum.
- Disciplined on CRM, forecasting and follow-up; closes across sources without over relying on any one channel.
- High energy, resilient, motivated by targets and progress.
