Main Purpose of Job:
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Executive to join the Connolly Motor Group, within the Sales Team on site Volkswagen Sligo. This will require the successful candidate to work with individual customers to understand their needs and maximise the sales and profitability of income from finance, warranty and credit protection insurance products.
Role Responsibilities:
- Builds rapport and qualifies the customers requirements
- Qualifies own understanding of the customer's needs through discussion and gauging the customers reaction to alternative options to build the closest possible match between the product and customer
- Demonstrates the most suitable options to the customer, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy
- Agrees the details of the sale
- Checks the credit status of each customer and proposes the customer to finance providers in accordance with company policies
- Establishes the details for any vehicle purchased or obtained by Connolly Motor Group
- Works with customers in a friendly and open way to identify the most appropriate finance, warranty or insurance packages
- Produces and explains finance quotes, using a knowledge of the cost and margin of various funding options to maximise commission whilst also meeting customer needs
