Connolly Ltd is seeking a proactive Resourcing Partner in Wigan to own end-to-end recruitment for trade and labour roles. You will source, engage and recruit across our operational teams, building strong candidate pools and providing an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
You will work closely with hiring managers, promoting Connolly as an employer of choice, and delivering recruitment reports and KPI data to support business growth and workforce planning.
