We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Joiners with a Social Housing background to join our ever-growing team here at Connollys! With our rapid growth and continued development, we are looking to hire hardworking Joiners/Multis for a variety of Social Housing projects across Greater Manchester. Previous experience in this kind of work is essential - kitchen & bathroom fitting experience is desired, along with basic plastering and decorating skills.

We operate within the social housing sector, providing holistic housing services to local authorities and housing associations throughout the Northwest, North Wales and West Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
- Joinery works - 1st and 2nd fix
- Kitchen installations
- Bathroom boxing in
- Door undercuts
- Installing loft hatches
- Basic skills in other trades i.e. plastering and painting
Qualifications
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- CSCS Card (ideal but not essential)
- Must hold a full clean driving licence
- Be comfortable in working in a live environment and occupied homes
- You MUST be willing to complete your CSCS and/or Asbestos Awareness within 4 weeks of starting work
Package
We currently offer price work/day rate and depending on experience and workload, can be up for negotiation.
