You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure works are safe, on programme and within budget while maintaining high quality and positive resident relations.
Experience in social housing or refurbishment is desirable; SMSTS and First Aid are required, with asbestos awareness a plus.
