Connolly is a leading construction refurbishment company specializing in external works, retrofit, SHDF, and window and door replacements. We are currently looking for dynamic Resident Liaison Officers / Tenant Liaison Officers with a Social Housing background.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with residents about the works being undertaken on their property
- Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
- Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
- Monitoring customer complaints and resolving any potential issues
- Monitoring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and natural problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; polite, courteous in communication and relationship building with residents, clients, and site operatives
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethic
- Good IT skills with competency at Microsoft Word and Excel
- Full clean driving licence
- Previous experience of working in social housing or customer service environment with residents and leaseholders whose homes are undergoing works (desirable)
