We are currently looking for someone to work within the electrical team. You will be assisting the scheduling of workers over multiple contracts and providing assistance to the Electrical Team.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- You will be expected to make numerous outgoing calls and answer incoming calls and schedule work for the engineers.
- It will be your responsibility to fill the engineers diary for work – experience in these tasks is essential (excellent phone manner is a must).
- You must be able to prioritise workload(s) and you will be expected to take ownership of the individual client contracts.
- Your duties will include keeping the work diary up to date, answering and making calls, updating records, databases and calendars after appointments have been made or met in real time, and providing full support including typing, document management, filing and routine clerical tasks as and when required.
