We're looking for a Resourcing Partner to join Team Connolly, helping us attract, engage and recruit skilled trade and labour professionals across our operational teams.

The Role
You'll take ownership of recruitment activity across the business, ensuring we attract and retain high-quality operatives and site-based employees.
Working closely with operational teams, you'll build and maintain candidate pipelines while delivering an excellent candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for trade and labour vacancies.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and direct sourcing activities.
- Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future workforce requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding activities.
- Promote Connolly as an employer of choice within local communities and industry networks.
- Produce recruitment reports, KPI data and market intelligence to support decision-making.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, right-to-work requirements, IR35 regulations and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience and retention.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, motivated and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.
You'll Ideally Have
- Previous recruitment or resourcing experience, ideally within construction, property services, engineering, facilities management or a similar sector.
- Experience recruiting trade, labour or operational roles.
- Strong knowledge of candidate attraction methods and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using recruitment and HR systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, right-to-work requirements and recruitment best practice.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
