The Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administration Support professional to join our Health & Safety Team on a part‑time basis (3 days per week). This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting key processes and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services across the team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Health & Safety Team, including typing, printing, scanning, preparing documentation and producing information packs.
  • Manage documentation control, including secure handling and shredding of confidential materials.
  • Prepare scheme start‑up packs to support mobilisation activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams across the business to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Role model company values and contribute to a positive, professional working environment.
  • Adhere to company policies, ensuring all work is carried out confidentially and in line with organisational standards.

About you

  • Previous administrative experience in a busy and fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent IT skills, including strong Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
