We are looking for experienced FENSA-registered Window Surveyors to join our team at Connolly Ltd, supporting the delivery of window and door replacement programmes within the Social Housing sector across the North West, Cumbria, and West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out accurate surveys within occupied and void properties, ensuring all measurements, specifications, and compliance requirements are captured to support smooth project delivery. Experience within social housing and window/door replacement programmes is essential, along with a strong understanding of working in tenant-occupied environments.

What you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out detailed surveys for window and door replacement works
- Accurately measuring and recording specifications for manufacture and installation
- Ensuring all surveys comply with FENSA regulations and current building standards
- Working across occupied and void social housing properties
- Identifying any potential issues that could impact installation or programme timelines
- Liaising with site teams, residents, and client representatives
- Ensuring clear and professional communication with tenants during surveys
- Maintaining accurate records and submitting survey data in line with company procedures
- Supporting the delivery team to ensure works are completed efficiently and to specification

- Valid FENSA registration (essential)
- Proven experience as a Window/Door Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of Social Housing environments
- Experience working within tenant-occupied properties
