About the Role…
Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, Connollys is looking for skilled and experienced Window Fitters to join our successful and ever-growing team.
We have a range of exciting long-term Social Housing projects across Greater Manchester and are seeking reliable, hardworking professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Applications from established teams of 2 or 3 fitters are also welcomed.

What You'll Be Doing…
As a Window Fitter, you'll be responsible for
- Installing windows to a high, snag-free standard.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite.
- Working effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations and the Group's Health & Safety Policy.
- Maintaining company-issued tools and equipment, carrying out regular checks and reporting any defects.
- Working professionally within occupied properties and live environments, providing excellent customer service to residents.
What We're Looking For…
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have
- A relevant trade qualification.
- Previous experience fitting windows within Social Housing or similar environments.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- A CSCS Card (preferred but not essential).
- An Asbestos Awareness Certificate (preferred but not essential).
Please note: If you do not currently hold an Asbestos Awareness Certificate, you must be willing to obtain these within 4 weeks of starting employment.
