We are currently looking for a skilled and adaptable Joiner to join our growing team at Connolly Ltd. This role will support a retrofit contract based in and around the Flint area. The ideal candidate will have experience in second/final fix joinery and be confident carrying out tasks such as cutting loft hatches, door undercuts, and general finishing works. We’re also looking for someone who can turn their hand to basic plastering, patch repairs, and painting, supporting the wider site team as needed.

What you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out joinery works including loft hatch installations, door trimming/undercuts, and second/final fix tasks
- Supporting retrofit measures such as insulation access and finishing works
- Assisting with basic multi-trade tasks including patch plastering and painting
- Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with programme requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and tenant-considerate working environment
- Working collaboratively with site teams and Resident Liaison Officers to ensure minimal disruption to residents
- Following health and safety procedures and using appropriate PPE and tools
What we’d like from you:
- Proven experience as a Joiner, ideally within retrofit or social housing projects
- Ability to carry out second/final fix joinery and adapt to multi-trade tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and a respectful approach to working in occupied homes
- CSCS card (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
