About the Role

Due to continued growth and the award of new social housing contracts, we are looking to recruit experienced Joiners, Plasterers, Tilers and Multi-Trade Operatives to join our expanding Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment teams.

We have multiple positions available across the North West including Bolton/ Preston and Blackburn - delivering planned refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties.

Whether you are an experienced Joiner fitting kitchens, a Plasterer carrying out making-good works, or a Multi-Trade Operative with a broad skillset, we would like to hear from you.

Duties Will Include

  • Kitchen installations and refurbishment works
  • Bathroom refurbishment and replacement works
  • General joinery repairs and installations
  • Plastering, patching and making-good
  • Basic multi-trade works as required
  • Working within occupied and void properties
  • Delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Ensuring excellent customer service to residents
  • Completing work within programme timescales
  • Maintaining safe working practices at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Experience within your trade discipline
  • Previous kitchen and/or bathroom refurbishment experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Commitment to Health & Safety
  • Full UK Driving Licence
