A bit about the role … We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Joiners with a Social Housing background to join our ever-growing team here at Connollys! With our rapid growth and continued development, we are looking to hire hardworking Joiners/ Kitchen fitters for a variety of Social Housing refurb projects across Greater Manchester. Previous experience in this kind of work is essential - kitchen & bathroom fitting experience is desired.

We operate within the social housing sector, providing holistic housing services to local authorities and housing associations throughout the Northwest, North Wales and West Yorkshire.
What you will be responsible for:
- Joinery works - 1st and 2nd fix
- Kitchen installations
- Bathroom boxing in
- Door undercuts
- Installing loft hatches
- Basic skills in other trades i.e. plastering and painting
What we’d like from you:
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- CSCS Card (ideal but not essential)
- Must hold a full clean driving licence
- Be comfortable in working in a live environment and occupied homes
- You MUST be willing to complete your CSCS and/or Asbestos Awareness within 4 weeks of starting work
Package: We currently offer price work/ day rate and depending on experience and workload, can be up for negotiation.
