We are looking for an organised and proactive part time administrator to join our Operational team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping processes organised, accurate and running smoothly.

You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of Social Housing projects, working closely with operational teams and ensuring key documentation and compliance records are maintained to a high standard.

The Role: As part of the Operational team, you'll provide administrative support across a range of projects and business functions, helping to ensure accurate record-keeping, effective document control and smooth project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing general administrative support to operational teams
  • Preparing, printing, scanning and managing project documentation
  • Maintaining accurate document control systems and records
  • Preparing and uploading handover packs to client portals
  • Updating project trackers and SharePoint systems
  • Managing document naming and filing protocols
  • Monitoring supplier compliance information and records
  • Supporting multiple teams across the business to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Handling confidential information professionally and securely

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Professional approach and strong work ethic
  • Experience within construction, social housing or compliance administration would be advantageous
