Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Connolly is looking for experienced Painters & Decorators to join our Social Housing team across Greater Manchester.

Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within occupied homes, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes that make a real difference to residents.

The Role

As a Painter & Decorator, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality decorating works across kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a professional standard.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating
  • Carrying out internal decorating works to a high standard
  • Working within occupied properties and live environments
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working area
  • Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
  • Working independently and as part of a wider site team
  • Maintaining company-issued tools and equipment where applicable
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator
  • Experience working within Social Housing or occupied properties
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • CSCS Card preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
