Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Connolly is looking for experienced Labourers / Rip Out Operatives to join our Social Housing team.
Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes, you'll be responsible for preparing properties for installation works by carrying out rip-outs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role
You'll play an important part in delivering refurbishment projects, working across occupied and void properties to prepare homes for planned improvement works.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
- Removing fixtures, fittings, flooring and associated materials
- Loading, removing and disposing of waste materials safely
- Maintaining clean, safe and tidy working areas
- Assisting with material deliveries and collection when required
- Supporting site teams and other trades on site
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment where applicable
- Working professionally within occupied homes and live environments
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous labouring, demolition or rip-out experience
- Experience working within Social Housing or occupied properties is desirable
- Good understanding of site Health & Safety requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team
