Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Connolly is looking for experienced Floorlayers to join our Social Housing team across West Yorkshire. Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within occupied and void properties, you'll play a key role in delivering quality finishes for residents. If you take pride in your work, have experience within refurbishment or Social Housing projects, and are looking for reliable ongoing work, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Preparing subfloors and surfaces for floor coverings
  • Installing a range of flooring products, including vinyl and safety flooring
  • Carrying out flooring repairs where required
  • Working within occupied and void properties
  • Maintaining clean, safe and tidy working areas
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with Health & Safety requirements
  • Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
  • Working independently and as part of a wider site team

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Floorlayer
  • Experience within Social Housing or occupied properties is desirable
  • Relevant trade qualification (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • CSCS Card preferred but not essential
  • Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
