Connoisseur Golf provides luxury golf travel experiences to Scotland, Ireland, England, and other select destinations around the world. The company specialises in Helicopter Golf and offers exclusive access to many of the world’s premier golf courses. Guests enjoy bespoke itineraries, high-touch service, and meticulously planned journeys that highlight both championship golf and local culture. Team members work in a client-focused environment where attention to detail, discretion, and a passion for travel and golf are highly valued.

The Tour Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in St Andrews, responsible for planning and managing luxury golf itineraries from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Liaising with clients to understand their preferences
  • Coordinating tee times, transportation, 5* accommodations, dining reservations
  • Creating a client specific app-based journey for each trip
  • Active communication with golf courses, hotels, transport providers, and other partners to confirm arrangements and handle any changes or special requests
  • Supporting on-the-ground logistics during tours
  • Providing high-quality customer service
  • Contributing to sales by responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, and nurturing long-term client relationships

40 hrs/week including 1hr paid lunch break + seasonal overtime + 34 days paid holiday. A generous starting salary dependent upon skill-set and experience (£28-32k + bonus structure), private healthcare and enhanced pension contribution. A high level of training and support from a friendly team which will allow you to develop confidence in designing, building, communicating and modifying client trips. Invoicing, receipting and maintaining client accounts. Making payments to suppliers and industry partners. Hosting client groups on location, ensuring an industry leading level of customer service. Positive office environment in St Andrews, workstation with iMac, MacBook Air and iPhone. Staff uniform supplied by KJUS and Peter Millar.

Qualifications:

  • Planning / Event Management skills to coordinate complex itineraries, group logistics, and on-site tour operations
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver a premium client experience, manage expectations, and resolve issues professionally
  • Strong numeracy skills - displaying confidence and precision
  • Experience in working on complex and high value client accounts
  • Sales skills to respond to enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, support conversion and repeat bookings
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proficiency with Office 365; experience working with a CRM; comfortable working with digital itineraries and app platforms
  • Ability to work on-site in St Andrews, collaborate within a small team, and adapt to changing client needs and schedules
  • Flexibility to work outside the normal office hours if required
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, luxury services, or golf-related businesses is an advantage
  • Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, events, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
